Taylor began her career with YouTube initially creating ASMR videos using her smartphone. Soon after reaching 50,000 subscribers, approximately 1 1/2 months after the upload of her first video she was featured in a game video made produced by PewDiePie. Taylor stopped creating videos at about two months, when she was able to count around 100 000 subscribers. Taylor put all of her videos in private due to technical difficulties with the new hardware. The channel began to produce videos following a one-month break. This included the extremely popular ASMR Ten Triggers to Help You Sleep. (35,000,000 views in the end of August, 2022). ASMR 20, Triggers for Sleeping was released in July of 2017 and has since been seen by 38 million viewers. When she reached 1 million YouTube subscribers, she was featured in a Shane Dawson interview in August 2017. In February, Wired UK estimated that she earned $1,000 a day through advertising from her YouTube channel.

Dennis Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta) and Elaine Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta), were his parents. The couple is from German and English heritage. She graduated from Stettin's William E. Hay Composite High School. The three sisters she had, Tammy, Tara and Trena worked and lived on her family's farm. She was 17 when the agent of her modeling agency spotted her while in line waiting at the theater.
